Acceptance of general conditions of sale
1. The contract between the Group and the Customer shall be construed Step concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the Gruppo Step. Such acceptance is considered tacit if not otherwise notified by the Customer any mode. By placing an order in the prescribed manner, claims to have read all information provided to him during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions and payment below transcribed.

2. If Customer is a consumer, once the buying process online, will print or save an electronic copy but keep these general conditions of sale, subject to the provisions in Articles. 3 and 4 of Decree No. 185/1999 on distance sales.

3. It excludes any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, and any contractual or extra contractual liability for any direct or indirect references to persons or property caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

Purchase methods
4. Customer may only purchase products in the electronic catalog BULLOPHILOSOPHY  when placing your order and viewable online at (URL) www.bullophilosophy.com, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the picture accompanying the description of a product may not be fully representative of its features but differ in color, size, and accessories in the picture. All support information for purchase are intended as mere material for general information, not due to real characteristics of a single product.

5. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Group Step through an answer via e-mail sent to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will report the date and time of execution of the order and a "Customer Order Number" to be used in any further communication with BULLOPHILOSOPHY. The message once again all the data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and timely corrections as described in this document.

6. In the case of non-acceptance of, Group Step ensure timely notification to the Customer.

Right of withdrawal
7. According to Art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie an individual who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase order form by indicating in a reference to VAT) is entitled to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except as noted in paragraphs 8 and 9.

8. To exercise this right, the customer must send BULLOPHILOSOPHY  a statement to that effect within 10 working days of receipt of goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and addressed to:

or by telegram or fax always sent within that period of 10 days and followed by a confirmation letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent out until 48 hours later. Once such notice of withdrawal has come down, customer service will quickly inform the customer instructions on how to return, by assigning a unique code given on the RMA for the commodity, is expected to reach Step Group within 10 days from the authorization.
The goods must be returned intact, unused, with all its parts and in original packaging (envelopes and packages), in compliance with the conditions of the following item 9.

9. The right of withdrawal is still subject to the following conditions:

     * The law applies to product purchased in its entirety, you can not exercise withdrawal on only part of the purchased product (eg accessories, attachments, etc. ...)
     * The property purchased must be unopened and returned in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manual, laces, etc. ...), to limit damage to the original package recommended the inclusion in a second box on which to affix the RMA number (authorization code to return), must be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product

     * Shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the Customer
     * In case of damaged goods during transport, BULLOPHILOSOPHY  will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in their stores) to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of value of the asset (if insured), in this event this product becomes available to the client for his return while canceling the request for withdrawal
     * BULLOPHILOSOPHY  not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments
     * On his arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, BULLOPHILOSOPHY  will subtract from the refund due to a rate not exceeding 30% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.

10. Notwithstanding any repair costs for damages assessed packing original BULLOPHILOSOPHY  will refund to Customer the amount already paid for the purchase of the goods within 14 days of his return by following the transfer of the amount charged to card credit or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the Buyer shall deliver promptly to the bank on which to obtain reimbursement (Code IBAN - Current Account of the invoice).

11. The right to cancel contract entirely for lack of essential integrity of the asset (package and / or its contents), where BULLOPHILOSOPHY  finds:

     * Even partial use of the property and any supplies
     * The lack of the outer packaging and / or original packaging inside
     * The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, laces, manuals, parts, etc ...)
     * The damage of the product for reasons other than its transport.

In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at our facility available to the Customer for the retreat against him.

Privacy
12. The personal information requested under forwarding are collected and processed to meet the expressed requirements of Customer and will not under any circumstances and no license to third parties. Step Group guarantees its customers the respect of rules on the processing of personal data covered by the Privacy Code under DL 196, 30.06.03.

Complaints
13. Any complaint must be directed to Gruppo Step, V.le U. Foscolo, 2 - 46100 Mantova - Italy.

Governing Law
14. The contract of sale between the Client and Gruppo Step concluded in Italy and of course governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the customer is a consumer, the local jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his home community, and in all other cases the local jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Forum of Mantua (Italy).
