Shipment methods
1. BULLOPHILOSOPHY can accept orders for delivery around the world.
2. For every order placed on www.bullophilosophy.com, Group Step emits receipt or invoice of the material sent under Article. 14 D.P.R. 445/2000. For the issuance of the invoice authentic information supplied by the customer when ordering. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance thereof.
3. Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are spelled out clearly in the making of the order. Payment of the goods by the Customer will be using the method chosen when ordering. Nothing is due from the Customer more than the order total shown at the end of the purchasing process.
4. No responsibility can be attributed to Step Group for delays in delivery of the ordered.
5. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
* That the number of parcels being delivered is as specified in the transport document
* The packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (strapping tape or metal).
Any damage to packing and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of items or indications, should be immediately notified by affixing RESERVE controls written (specify why qualifications, eg. "Packing clothes", "Packing squashed etc..) on the proof of delivery courier. Once signed the document the carrier, the customer can not plead any objection about the external characteristics of the goods.
Any problems with the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days from the delivery, as provided herein.
6. In the case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouse of the carrier because of repeated inability to delivery to the address given by the customer when the order, order will be made back at headquarters.

7. Deliveries are made using TNT courier service. Every single shipping cost is displayed at the time of transaction.
The amount varies by weight or volume of goods purchased and the distance of the place of delivery.
