Payment methods:

1. Purchases via Credit Card

Credit card payments are processed via PayPal, a global leader in online payments and an eBay Group company.

*   With PayPal, you can pay using a credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard)

*   or a reloadable prepaid card (such as Postepay, Kalibra, etc.).

2. Purchases via PayPal

When purchasing goods using the PayPal payment method, the amount corresponding to the purchase will be charged immediately upon completion of the online transaction.

2.1 In the event of an order cancellation—whether initiated by the Customer or resulting from Everest’s non-acceptance of the order—the amount corresponding to the cancelled goods will be credited back to the Customer's PayPal account at the time of cancellation. The time required for the funds to be credited back to the specific payment method linked to the PayPal account depends entirely on PayPal and the banking system. Once the amount has been credited back to the PayPal account, Everest shall under no circumstances be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by delays in the actual crediting of funds attributable to PayPal or the banking system.

2.2 Everest reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g., a landline phone number) to verify the actual ownership of the PayPal account. If the requested documentation is not provided, the company reserves the right not to accept the order.

2.3 At no point during the purchasing process does Everest have access to information regarding the buyer's credit card or other payment methods selected within the PayPal wallet. Under no circumstances shall the company be held liable for any fraudulent or unauthorized use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on www.bullophilosophy.com.
